28th. Vintage is making every effort to deliver your packages in a timely manner, however due to these extraordinary circumstances, some delays have been experienced. During this time we will ONLY be shipping with EXPRESS postage for both Domestic and International orders to ensure your parcel is received ASAP.  Please view our Shipping chart below and allow an extra 4-5 days for potential delays for International Cities.

All orders have the Authority to Leave in a safe place if no one is present to accept the delivery. Please contact us if you have any special requests.

    Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to.If you refuse to pay the taxes and duties upon delivery, your parcel may be left abandoned or returned to us at your own expense and you will not be refunded for this. 
    Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country. In the instance of calculating your order value for tax purposes, please remember that all our prices are charged in AUD Dollars and you may need to apply a conversion to your local currency. 

    EXCHANGE & RETURNS 

    28th Vintage is happy to accept returns and exchanges on FULL PRICED items within 10 days of receiving your item. All items must be in original condition with all tags attached. 
    Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

     ITEMS ON SALE / PROMOTIONAL CODE

    Sale items are eligible for return for a credit note only. This includes any sale items, items purchased using any promotional codes or items purchased during a promotional period. Please select items during promotional/sale periods carefully to avoid any disappointments.
